Under Dana's guidance, the Performance Company at Rooftop Rhythms has excelled, receiving numerous special judges' awards and high achievement accolades at competitions. They have showcased their talent and brought joy to the local community by performing at nursing homes, benefits, parades, as well as esteemed venues like Iona College and The Harlem Globetrotters.

Dana's creative choreography and undeniable talent have earned her esteemed dance awards. Her influence extends beyond the studio as she actively engages with the New York school system, teaching dance at various schools such as Hutchinson School in Pelham NY, The South Side Boys & Girls Club, Horace Mann School in Riverdale, Riverdale Community Center at M.S. 141, and Daniel Webster.

In addition to her impactful work in dance education, Dana generously gives back to the community. She actively supports causes such as breast cancer awareness, Walk MS, and Garito Manor retirement home. Dana's commitment to using dance as a platform for charitable endeavors is evident through her participation in and donation of time to dance benefits and performances.
